- 1 quart (946 ml) water
- 6 black tea bags
Preparation And Use
1Boil the water and steep the tea bags in it.
2Pour the water and tea bags into a small tub.
3When tea has cooled enough to be comfortable, immerse your feet.
4Soak for 15 to 20 minutes.
5Rinse your feet after soaking and dry thoroughly before putting on your socks.
